The Lifestyle Design Group Coaching Course is a 12-week program designed to help participants align their lives with their core values and goals across 6 areas of wellbeing: spiritual, emotional, physical, nutritional, social and financial. Each week focuses on a different theme, offering tools, strategies and support to inspire holistic healing, wellbeing and abundance.
